Like that wood rack in your house!

It has been useasonably cold here for december, but not terrible. I can remember worse for sure.

Canadian VT Border- Thanks! Spencer- The idea for the wood rack was from Mrs. Scout, I can roll it to the basement stairs in from outside so there's less carrying. That's about four days worth if I keep it cookin'...

Yeah I live close to the ocean so the damp air gets right to you, far different then a dry cold.

The coldest I ever remember here was -32 below zero Fahrenheit.

We were the first picked up and the last dropped off in our consolidated school district. Levant , Carmel, Stetson , Hermon and a bit of Kenduskeg. Close to 1 hour each way.

Funny. The other morning I left my house it was-4F. Within 4 miles going downhill into town it was -12F.

I was surprised there was that much change. Usually a few degrees, but not 8!

I have a had similar to that one. Only, my had is cheap. Looks good, but I got it on a late spring clearance. Not real fur. I think it was made in China or some such place. But, I have to admit, it really keeps my head warm. My hair is very thin and my head gets cold easily.
