Our silly dog made a bee line out the door this a.m. so she could roll in the snow. Snow on the ground makes her completely happy and she rolls every time she goes out. Black dog with white snow covering looks like a sugar coated donut when she comes back in......
Philly steak and LOTS of cheese everything is fresh made on the spot! Penn Station is awesome. They even cut the potatoes fresh for fries and all. There’s a huge wire bin by the counter full of potatoes! It’s an experience eating there... my wife absolutely loves the place because it’s all fresh food and tastes like it. Anytime we get near one she wants to eat there so last night was no exception. Most of them are too far away from us but we took a road trip yesturday and stumbled on one. She promptly inhaled her sub and had it polished off WAY before I did and that’s rare. Normally I over eat and she saves half.....
Man I just have no luck lately. My snow blower is dead nowwhat next....... sheesh. Guess I’m off to harbor freight today for a preditor engine.
Looking at all the snow pics and thinking our walk in the misty blowing rain wasn't too bad this morning. Busy day planned around wrapping presents and getting ready to mail them. Put up the Christmas tree last night.
Both smokers are rolling.... a round of cheese and summer sausage... followed by tonight with spiral ham... nice cool day perfect for staying around and smoking...

Yeah, the old yeeeeeaaaaaaahhhhhhrrrrr- donk! Noise. Lol. Recall that vividly. After driving my Audi allroad for the past ~7 years, the absolute quietness of the hinges then the most solid "thunk"you've ever heard. Like a solid billet milled door, closing on leather lined door latches. I'll never forget that noise. Beautiful.
Mail them???..................Canada Post.............at least you'll have them there early for next Xmas.
