Picked this one up while out today. I'm going to bring it into the house for a month or so and wrap it in 110 AC until it will light off spontaneously. Then I'll bring it out to the stacks, limb it, css.

We started saving ours a couple years ago for summer fire pit fires. They put on quite a show! Well worth the money spent on them. I would post a video, but you guys may start to judge me!

Bought this from the Lions club. Half the price of the commercial lots, and it goes to a good cause.

The first time i tossed one on a burn pile was quite the experience. Those flames must have gone 60 feet straight up.

When I was in high school we would all bring ours to a buddy’s pit pile them up and let it rip. The good ole days

Lookin good. Did the same thing this morning. I've still got the last two years' trees behind a wood stack out back.. I wanted to light them off at our Independence Day party this year, but I was vetoed. Maybe next year, when Mrs Papi isn't nursing the little one and I can get a few drinks in her. :D

Yeah, this is the only time that I purposely water a tree that's been cut down.

We've had our tree up since Thanksgiving weekend.

Sometimes it' easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permission. I think a transgression such as this would fall under those guidelines

We used to do the same thing, it was practically part of our tradition. I'm pretty sure I'm still not too old to do that and enjoy it just as much if not more now than back then.

We have a new tradition of gathering at a friends, or our place and everyone brings their tree on New Years Eve. Four or five trees, some apps, some adult beverages and that is a good time

While shoving one of those in a barrel is fun, try a hedge shrub sometime. Its so impressive the fire dept will invite themselves over so see what its all about.
