I picked up a used bx1870 with belly mower and fel about 2 months ago it had 113hrs on it now it has 180 I love it so far. For some reason once in a while when I turn the key nothing happens (not sure why) but. If I turn it again once or twice it takes off. Not ral concerned about it right now but I am trying to get it figured out myself before I take it in. Been real good other than that.

I think the BX has the best power of any subcompact.

rottiman You may want to consider adding a Racor fuel filter to your tractor. The factor filter setup on these is not very good. It does not take very much for them to ice up or get clogged with debris. The Racor is a larger filter with a water separator.

I have a couple of videos on doing this, one for tractors with a loader and one with out. The only difference is the bracket.

I think my non loader video is the best.

Wow, I thought the SSQA fel equipment was easy to use that swift tach is very very slick! Makes a person wonder if they can scale it up in size for larger equipment. If so would make life a lot easier when using one tractor for round baling w/o loader then reattach when your ready to move bales.

Rotti, I wonder if that is the same motor as the Kubota B26 -TLB series. I here they are great work horses.

The offer something similar on the grand l but it is crazy expensive. I want to think the quick hitch us $7k. You can build one on Kubotas site to see the current price.

Very well could be Gas, it is a D1005 which I am told has been around for a while in the Kubota family.

That's a shame you can't get the tractor in your garage with the cab on it. That cab, with heat, is really well thought out... :fire:

Just saw the ATA emblem in you Signature. Been a member myself since '05 and shooting trap for a while before that. Looking at the pics closer saw the Challenger box and the bag of shot on the table too. Just saying hello and I'm always up for talking shooting as well. Curious if you make it down to many shoots in the US or if you are a member of Trapshooters.com

    By the way nice tractor.
