Finally got out and cut some firewood last week. Cut up a red oak and a sugar maple, both large trees. Had some helpers with me. I have been burning for the last three weeks as the last part of October here was chilly! Really pretty in the woods last week.
That is a great spot there. I like the creek running thru there and the splitter on the 3 point of the tractor. Looked like some good family time there too.
Way to go! Looks like a nice day & some great time together. At that point the firewood is just a bonus.

Yes its a pretty piece of property, especially when the leaves are changing. I really like the 3 pt splitter. It has a PTO pump so plenty of flow and pressure. Plus that little diesel engine is quiet.
