There isn’t any room for this wood in my piles this year and frankly I don’t really need it either. It’s still good wood however I don’t want it to sit unsplut till next year being that it’s mostly walnut with a little cherry mixed in. I don’t want any money just to help anybody that needs wood.

It’s only listed here on FHC nowhere else:D

    Zip 48866

    If your interested pm me.
    Pete

Ps I’m keeping the pallets:rofl:

I was a little disappointed when you said your keeping the pallets, that's all I needed lol.
Very kind if you BTW. I always set aside shorts and uglies to give away to folks in need myself.
You on you way over there Cole :).

I don’t need any more wood. I should be donating some as well.

Hey Pallet Pete , we could load that in my trailer & dump it at Ed's if he wants it, I was gonna take him a load of saw logs anyway.

I'm somewhat joking, but down the rd I will need some.
As far as getting my stuff off the ground, I have no interest in moving the "pile".
Maybe we could have a gtg just to move it lol.
You probably go right by my place too, I'm a mile south of Lowell and 5 min N off the Lowell exit. Feel free to hit me up any time, if I'm home your welcome to stop by, I'll leave the coffee on for ya :).

Hey Brett/chipper1 , I've got a line on a 2yr old Balfour logging winch. 3 PT set up very similar to yours, any idea if $ 2700.00ish is a decent price? Looks good in the pics.

I probably wouldn't get it split up either, I still have all this oak to split and stack

Is a good price, well sort of, it also depends on the size. They are plentiful on the east coast, and I may head out that way when/if I get another one, great deals to be had, and a good enough savings for me to justify the trip.
Here's one being sold on eBay, but you would have shipping cost.
NEW Balfor BF35 tractor logging forestry winch- 3.5 ton | eBay
    Here's the next size down.
NEW Balfor BF30 tractor logging forestry winch- 3 ton | eBay
Here's the uniforest in the 30, it has free shipping.
Uniforest Skidding Winch Wallenstein Typhoon Tractor Attachment Farmi 30M | eBay
    And the 35.

There isn't much that goes wrong on them so warranty isn't much of an issue buying used vs new to me.
I would personally want to get it on the lower side of the 2700.00ish price, like 2-2.5k if possible, but it's still not bad at 2.7-2.8k if it's local.
They do a lot of work, I like mine even though it's weak because the clutch is impregnated with grease :picard:(previous owner).
Maybe you haven't seen my wood pile lol.
Armbru84 could you describe "the pile" for him.
When I get some sides on my wood shed I do plan on putting a bunch of black locust in it though. I was thinking it would be nice to have the plastic pallets in there, any thoughts on using those guys?
