Morning Hoarders, fire set, dog fed, taking place, happening shortly. Gonna try and start moving 4 cords into the wood shed, but like Gasman said, the weather man may push us back into the shop for the next two days. Certainly don't want to see any amount of snow as wood needs to be moved and the new tractor/snow blower won't be here until sometime later this month. Everyone have a safe and enjoyable day.

 

Someone else is still sleeping, here.

There may be a Menards trip in the days events, who knows?

Maybe one last night at the cottage; I know she doesn't appreciate the inconvenience of the outhouse, so I kinda doubt it. Gonna have to pick up the truck from there sometime before it gets snowed in though.

I saw a good size pile of crotches and gnarly pieces, probably his leftovers. I didn't see too much else. To the far left as you come in there was 4 36" maple limbs, and a bunch of pine. I didn't see too much more when I was there.

 

Go wood hoarders go. I love to see wood piled in the back of those hatchbacks

I went back, got a big birch chunk I couldn't fit before, that had been plowed in by the loader. Also some firewood discards. Going back a third time for closing. I've got my mom along, she's being a good sport.

Fire in the owb last evening, 60's and rain will round out todays weather.

was going to do a bit of hunting until the rain started at daybreak. The kind that soaks you in 5 minutes or less, which also put spreading the traffic bond ( gravel) out,so now at the shop attempting to accomplish a few things. running out of tomorrows for outdoor jobs , 29 predicted for to night
