Me too… but I doubt it. Her instincts were clearly to keep someone else's pet rather than ask around to see if anyone had lost a dog. Prolly had that poor kid with her at the store, and he saw the poster… who knows?

As for Meesha, that wasn't her last "little tour"… found her with a neighbor's goose in her mouth. It's a wonder the guy didn't shoot her. Did I mention we really loved that dog? But, she was a handful.

We took out the carpets and put down resilient flooring and a few area rugs. Even did the stairs over. We are all much happier now. Spills and other accidents are easily taken care of without all the drama. I prefer my pets over fussing over the floors. For the cat scratch problem, we put several scratching post around. They leave the furniture alone and really tear up those post.

My good friend has trained with some of the Olympic trainers for martial arts, grew up fighting his brothers and would not hesitate to fight as long as it was for the good side and against the bad side. He had to call me to put down a sick stray at his house. I asked him why doesn't he do it with one of his guns and he told me " I will break a man and drive him in the ground but I can't hurt a dog"

Nice sentiment. That pic looks like our Gizmo when she was 6 weeks. Any idea if that's an American Eskimo dog?

That stuff goes on and on. Just recently an teenage girl put a kitten in a microwave, then posted the vid. She took it out, but she got caught up with and has charges filed against her. The kitten survived and has a new home. kids need to be taught not just wright from wrong, but consequences. Had to do when even the parents have little respect.

If you don't know about Fiona, brace yourself. The Hagars are awesome. This vid is finding and rescuing the dog… 2nd vid is the happy ending… cool stuff.

I couldnt believe that one when i heard it then. Maybe the same should have been done to them...

I heard a report where a state is looking to make spanking your kid legal again because the kids today have no respect or fear of consequences.

Thanks Stinny. Apparently my tear ducts needed to be thoroughly flushed and you provided the perfect stimulus:(
So happy to see she's doing well. That kind of stuff breaks my heart.
