Hard to believe that's not been taken after two weeks.

And the wood doesn’t sound like a bad deal at all. First time burner would do wonderful on their first year with this.

Brand new door gasket, puffs of paint on the face, two years old, very low price.... Hmm, I wonder what the story is. So weird that the door hinge is on the right!

It's Craigslist... You weren't expecting someone to be completely honest were you?

Thiese observations alone wouldn’t scare me. I’ve been on here preaching to check/replace door gaskets after each year. I needed a new one after 2 years.
The part that is painted- the gasket sits wide around the opening and the part between the seal and the door gets burned and dirty. I’m about to paint mine in the same place. Probably the paint higher up is where the magnetic thermometer was.
The hindges seem to be in the same place as both IS’s I’ve had?
I’d still inspect for cracks or case warpage but otherwise I think that is a killer deal.

That could just be a reversed photo.

Like with anything, a good visual inspection should be done.

Frankly I’m amazed they fit an entire Toyota Tacoma inside the firebox.

It looks as only part of the Tacoma fit; the top and bed is missing.

The door hinges are on the right on my I.S. They are all like that to my knowledge, Woodstock does not / did not make the door opening side an option.

So, you aren't thinking it's been overfired? The pattern is weird for an overfire, but not for a splotchy paint job.

Not based on just the pics. I do think someone used the wrong paint. I’m painting mine in the same area as soon as I get a chance. Which, admittedly, may not be for quite a while. :)
