Cooked some pig candy last nite, put the empty pan in the fridge with all the good stuff in it......flat irons going in it now with a little kosher salt and little cajun seasoning

No pics-as usual. (Didn't feel quite right about pulling a camera out and taking pics while visiting on the work weekend),,,BUT..... Picture this. Hickory smoked prime rib....no leftovers! (Saturday) I bought it, they smoked it.
At least we can imagine that it must have rocked the house. Next time sneak in a cell phone pic or two.
My buddy brought some steamers dug from the Cape yesterday and I cooked them in the wood fired oven. Some creole seasoning and Old Bay mixed in. Clams steamed in garlic and wine. Piping hot right through and hard to beat fresh ingredients. We had teriyaki steak tips in another pan. We ate these right out of the oven on the back porch enjoying this beautiful day.
