    Morning Hoarders, after the big blow last night, we are finally getting fall weather. Gonna crack a small fire on shortly as it is supposed to stay 30's/low 40's for the next day or so. Have a bunch of uglies and shorts that will work just great. Time to go fire up, run out and stare at the first smoke coming out of the chimney, then back in to stare at the flames, drinking my coffee. Everybody have a great safe day.

    Just came in for lunch after spending the morning on the tractor sucking up a mountain of pine needles, pine cones and leaves. Wind is quite cool and even had a few periods of sleet and snow. Inside is a very nice 72 with the stove idling on scraps. Sure feels good.

    All in all, good. If I forget and lean on it, the cables give me a "gentle" reminder not to do that. We were chuckling not too long ago that I'm basically "Bionic" on the left side appendages, with steel reinforced elbow and titanium knee............... :thumbs::thumbs:

    We do not use them Larry. Too much tanic acid in the needles. I joked to the wife at lunch time that if they were a cash crop, we'd be the richest farmers in Renfrew County..................... :rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol:

    My stove is on and off. Runs on a thermostat. My chair is about 3-4 ft from it so you know I don't let it get too hot. If you have a stove, why be cold... Let it burn!!!!!
