Looking real good. I'm liking the giant coaster under your glass

By the way I really like that room, a chair some reading material a nice stack on a sweet rack and a stove all you need right there!!!! By the way I like the few splits on the base in the front, true FHC hoarder style! Fill the rack and all available spaces!!! :D

I don't think that could have turned out better. Great looking and holds a lot of wood!

Thanks for the feedback guys. Now I just need a little firewood wall art...namely my double bit axe, and possibly a small cross cut or bow saw if I can find one, and my little hideaway of heat will be complete. Theres just enough room on that bulkhead for a 60" pull down projector screen too. :)....all in good time. Im going to start the reno on the rest of the basement in a week or two. I need to spend some cash on that before doing much decorating. Lol.

That is one sweet setup :dex:@blacksmithden very neat and orderly and it looks like it holds a fair amount of wood. How log will that cart full of wood get you?

The Englander 30NC is a new stove to me...as is anything with secondary burn, so I really dont know yet. All my splits are cut 12-14" long so theyll fit in my micro fireplace upstairs. The stove will take 20" pieces, so Im still in the experimental stages right now. Im going out to grab some standing dead pine in a few weeks, and Ill cut that to proper length. If its dry enough, Ill do a proper burn and see how well the setup really works.
