He figured out a lot more than I would have thought. Used to be that saw would die in the cut if you even thought about using the dogs.
Ya. All run well currently so I am hoping it's just a PM. Check bases. Porting. Case cleanliness. Needle bearings etc.

I checked two for a fella one sanded and one turned, the sanded one was the closest, so check everything... Here's the turned cylinder by JMS.
I dnt have any lathe, so I just pulled the mufflers on mine and checked for the famous smear, nothing yet.
For over 10 years my cousin has been running a 455. It was toasted he rebuilt it and has cut more than some pro guy's i know. His and his father in laws house's Plus garages and neighbors he cuts for. He hasn't rebuilt it since Tough saw's.
