    Craig's list ad. Ended up being close to 6 cords worth of wood. This will be my wood for 2018/2019. All from one giant maple. Before and after pics.

    I agree. I've burned some pine in the past but it doesn't have the heat output to make it worth my while. I
    Already have some dry pine that I like to use for kindling.

    Six cord from one tree is great! One big maple for sure.

    I too wondered about the barn. Looks like there may even be a wreath on it to welcome people!

    looks a bit like one of the ones that was in our back yard growing up. Half the people on the street back then raised broilers as a little extra income.
