I can't get it to load, but I have a picture of my fiskars isocore laying on that stump, and it was about 4" wider than the isocore
I had some help loading my car, the neighbor's teenage son. Got me out of there before rush hour. They pointed out yet another stack by the back fence, left by the previous homeowner. I checked it out, it might be burnable.
The stack on the neighbors property, or the same one as the tree? I looked at the stack behind the tree, it didn't look too healthy, but I didn't dig into it further than the first piece I picked up.
Same yard as the tree. The bark was damp and falling off, but once that's off, and it's had a chance to dry, it might be decent. It wasn't a huge stack, though.
It really is. I made a good first impression, splitting the big stuff, and now I can go back whenever I want for more. I have to build a new storage area, it's getting really crowded around the pool.
Ha! I actually have a 12' x 6' weed-infested garden in the side yard in mind. I'll stack birch on one side facing the neighbors, and fill in the rest with oak chunks.
