Chunk of pastrami, 8lb flat cut brisket,tray of mini sweet peppers stuffed wit onion and chive cream cheese and grilled seasoned precooked chicken.......wrapped in bacon
Wrapped the brisket at about 6 hrs (I usually don't)...foiled the pastrami at 4 hrs cause I'm only cookin at 250° today......bunch of stuff I gotta cook early in the am too
