Nah...if you had said 5 bean burritos though... then that would have been a horse of a different color!
Well theres another 5" plus of rain overnight... I'd say closer to 7" .... They said the area got hit with between 5" and 10" over the last 24 hours... The O' Sump pump is getting its work out this morning....
Thanks...... will do.... Thank goodness I live on a top of a hill... But this has been the 3rd 5" plus rain fall this summer... We've had a really wet summer this year...
And an inversion table! I got one about 2 years ago, and I spend at least 5 minutes on it every day I'm home. Talk about relief for your back...wouldn't trade it for the world.
You missed your chance! Although any store can ask to see a receipt (since it wasn't in a bag from the register), you can also say no thanks and head out of the store. If they stop you and won't let you proceed, reply with "am I being detained?" The next words out of their mouths determine whether you'll be cashing a fat check or not. If the answer is no, you go on your way. If they say yes, they had better be right- that you passed all points of sale without paying, and they are holding you for the police (which at Walmart happens all the time). However, if they say yes they are detaining you, and you do have your receipt for all items then they have committed an unlawful detention/false arrest, depending on your state statutes. You can actually have THEM arrested, and you'll end up with a check for the unlawful detention. The problem with store security is they fail to recognize that they aren't police officers, most couldn't pass the training requirements, and the biggest problem is that the stores often incentivize their loss prevention/security with little bonuses for catching shoplifters-thereby creating situations where they don't use their heads very well.
I started raking yesterday morning and got off the tractor at dusk. Made 43 rolls. Good morning folks.
