Bumper looks scratched too - they will replace that. At least they should. Insurance paid for a new bumper on my 2004 Explorer that had a scratch so small I never even saw it - and the accident was last year!

Didn't need to watch the weather or check the radar......... Them load booms were enough. No fishy this morning! :headbang:

    :flipeggs: :coffee:

On another note, My neighbor who has been burning wood the last few years. Found a steal of a deal on an Avalon Astoria. Nice looking stove with very little usage and snagged for 500 clams was a heck of a bargain if you asked me. Looks like I'll be doing some coaching and will see if he wants to join us pigs. He ordered 3 tons of Hamers and will be box store sampling. I'm sure we will be bartering and trading. I've already set 2 bags of sets aside or him. ;)

There may also be some suspension damage and the wheel has some gouges(not seen in pic). It makes a weird sound when I accelerate too. The way it bent up his E250's bumper, I'm surprised the damage isn't worser!! :(

Played Miss Handyman last night for stuff that broke on Monday (really? Like Monday's not already bad enough? :hair:)

Coffee brewer; I neglected to place the top on the carafe when I set it up Sunday night to brew at 3AM Monday morning. The result was that the water, with grounds ran back into the reservoir and the grounds plugged the water hose to the pump. Naturally the screws that hold on the base are not regular, or even slightly irregular type, but 3-tip screws. Ordered the correct bit from Amazon (actually a bunch of bits with long shanks). It was an exercise in patience getting the tubing out, rinsed it out and reinstalled. Ran some vinegar water thru for a trial, rinsed it with water and set it up to brew for fresh coffee this morning :coffee:.

The light switch for my living room ceiling fan broke inside the mount Monday morning. Better that than the fan itself (it is on 24/7 during summer). Ordered a new switch from Amazon (you getting a theme here?). Flipped the breaker, removed the housing and switched out the switch. Works just fine now so no longer in the dark

Started putting together a used item I bought from Amazon. It was cited to be in excellent condition. Not so excellent condition  and part of it didn't work. Ah well, never had that happen before buying used so got online and downloaded the return label and will be shipping it back.

That was my 1st pellet stove. Would have still had it when I was at the previous house, but wanted something multi-fuel. Great stove, lots of heat, easy to clean & work on, and that 120 lb. hopper is da bomb! $500 sounds like a steal.....wonder what year it was made.....mine was an '07.

Waiting for the pressure canner to cool down, we are doing a couple batches of green beans. It takes more time to get to pressure and out of pressure than it does to cook the stuff. Bear no longer stands during the entire operation.

Wow, Canning already. We've yet(err should I say she's yet) to start. Might get to pickles here as the cuc's be taking off....... That is If we don't eat em all before they become pickles!! :emb:

Last years pickles were farm stand bought as we eat em as fast as they were ready!! Beans should be ready in a week or so, I think the damp start we had slowed many of them down. We had beans, But they were farm stand a local farmer grew. Dang tastey too. Might buy a basket and can some(err should I say she might can some)...........

Maters and yellow squash producing nicely, Getting enough for dinner and sharing with the neighbors. She'll be canning them soon, Zuck's are a bit slow but should be ready in another week??
