Today the in-laws, my parents and the girl and I went to the Tupper Lake Woodsmans Field Days. Very disappointing to what it has become. But that's besides the point. We ended up staying for the auction to try and get some nice carvings cheap. Well they ended up auctioning off three Husqvarna 550xpg's NIB. I was highest bidder for the lot of three at $400 each. Yes sir I'll take all three!

I'll let mine sleep inside for a few days! Stepdaddy and daddy in-law paid me for the other two.

That's a great deal on that saw. The heated handle will be nice.

Boonville is a great show, you will enjoy. Hudson has great deals on bars/chains/saws and accessories.

I sure am! We have been going out for the past 5 years. My father in law is a logger. So between his business and my firewood business, it's a great place to stock up on oil, bars, rolls of chain, etc. Great show and great prices.

I used to go to the Tupper show when I was child and a teen. I haven't been in about 14 years. I was very disappointed as to what it has become. It's most definitely not worth the hour drive. Hell, I wouldn't drive 5 minutes to go to the Tupper show again.

What day are you going out? We will most likely be going out Saturday. Always nice to meet a fellow woodcutter.
