    Hope you're selective of some to put on your smoker! Yummy stuff cherry!
    I know I got an apple tree JUST before it got the rotted out center in the spring but its just rot at this point but still viable as wood, its not crumbling to submission. Id probably still use it in my bbq but that'll be awhile.

    That tree had a lot of branches and foliage on it still. That was a big job. My hat is off to ya.

    Took 3 of us 3 hours, with chipper being only hydraulics. Then about 845pm and almost home, had this little gem on chipper.

    But I would say 3 guys and 3 hours was pretty quick work.

    Left part of trunk had some rot and hollowed out sections, but all in all, pretty solid for one of that size. About 28 inch diameter.
