Wish I had the time to read more in OPE and AS but I can't keep up here now a days!

You're not missing much on AS. Ope is fine but there's some tensions between posters that are damm juvenile. Very knowledgeable people over there, though. They (well, most) are open-minded in terms of builds. You can actually post a technique, question, or part report without much fear of ridicule.

Yea I know AS is not much of a loss. Most of the good guys moved to OPE I know.

Yep I used to go to both of those places all the time but not much any more. I still go just not as often.
People here for the most part are much better and actually use their saws for firewood instead of cutting cookies.

Haha. Yea that's a pretty good joke. Cutting cookies in 4 seconds and waxing and cleaning saws all the time. I still kind of laugh at it.

I'm not one to abuse or neglect my stuff either. I still chuckle though.

A lot of those guys are builders, pretend to be or modders. They like to mess with every little detail to shave a few more tenths or seconds off a cut. I see its place. But it is kind of strange that Ltd of those guys are on a city lot, don't burn wood and have a dozen saws, including half a dozen ported ones and a 90cc one?

It's what you like it just is a tad strange to me. I would think if you like to run them you would want to actually run them and cut wood. But I guess that takes time away from tweaking and cleaning them?

That said there great people there!

I was tempted by that too but thought I ought to have a large displacement saw running first.

I think this is the site folks were talking about. The shipping I'd like $70. I guess the purchase price plus shipping is cheaper than the price you quoted you paid but not much more.

This company may be more like Huztl and get it to you in 5 to 10 days but it could be like others I have ordered from and take a month or more to get here. But who's in a hurry?

I already have 3 1122s (mostly oem) or else I would get a kit.

Sweet. Let me know if you're missing any smalls. I have a few extra 660 parts from builds. Everything is available at your dealer, too.
If I had just ordered I would contact my dealer for:
Fuel line (am tend to split at the filter... sometimes)
    Fuel filter
    Maybe chain tensioner
*Stihl has been a bit slow up here recently and a few of my typical items are back ordered.

I'd use Caber rings or even a Meteor piston after cleaning up the ports a bit (if stock 660).

You can get a 440, 361, or 360. They also have a 372 but I know you have one.

    Yea I saw those.

I have always wanted a 044 so it would be on the short list. Saw the 372, but like you said I have one of those. And a 372 is close to an 044 so why get a duplicate of a similar saw esp a china copy. When I don't have that spare cash right now. I am actually prowd I have avoided the impulse buy! Haha
Funny that the stihls are all close in price unlike the real ones, and the husky is cheaper just like in real life! Haha
