Ran out of paint for the garage after brushing on 3 gallons....yes, brushing! I tried the roller with the 3/4" nap on it and went through about 1/3 gallon for two sheets (4X8) and then threw that damm roller into the bucket of water to be cleaned at a later date. Come to think of it, I don't think I'll clean it at all since i don't need (want) it around anyway!

Set trusses and decked the roof on my BILs room addition. Got the garden 100% weeded. Finishing up the last bit of tile before calling it a day.

I'm beginning to think it may have been a case of "Set 'em up; knock 'em down" type of advice!

I saw a 1" roller while searching out the 3/4"!! Can't imagine how many gallons of paint that roller would hold!

Helped teach 12 ladies a beginners handgun class today. Seeing the smiles when they see their improvement......priceless. We may have gotten out a few toys the last hour and just let them hammer steel :)

Edit to add: this was a free class for these shooters. Thank the NRA for that. They gave us a grant allowing us to do this for free. Support your 2a rights. :usa:

Wife picked up the flu when she took the kids for their annual checkup this week. So I spent the entire weekend with my moderately sick 3yo daughter. She seems fine, just has had a fever all weekend. We had a great time.

Now I'm sitting on the porch listening to the rain, sipping a homemade and quite strong pina colada.....ok so maybe it's my third.

I wish the thunder lasted for more than three hits.

Makes mowing the lawn fun for them, and keeps you from having to do it. Brilliant!

I'd try it with our oldest, but knowing her, as he would somehow cut her ear off when the mower ran her over.

I picked my brother up from the airport this afternoon. We cooked him dinner and are having drinks and conversation. My wife and my oldest brother will help more tomorrow. I have to work, but I'll be off Tuesday and Wednesday.

I did get a certain amount of satisfaction pizz revving the 362 at 8:00 Saturday morning about 50 ft from their house. I was cleaning up some storm damage for the other neighbors....but did it extra loud.
