    IMG_1593.JPG Prime ribeye cap steaks and a couple Jim Beam spicy sausage. Steaks taken to 135° IT with Indirect heat then seared.

    pork tenderloins,not enhanced on the outside with a beef filet in da middle which is messed with.....so i put some brown sugar and bourbon rub on da pork cause dey was lonely IMG_0305.JPG

    Buying beef? Putting an order in for Sams club pick up tomorrow. What is suggested, looking for "good" cuts, not decadent and not tough. My friend said buy seven bone, there is nothing called 7 bone. We only travel there a couple times a year, so I was thinking about stocking up. Thanks for suggestions :)

    Not beef, but excellent & pretty fast fixing is the small pork tenderloins, some premarinated.
