I used to fish for flounder as a kid off the docks in Steveston at the mouth of the frazer river in BC. My brother and I would take it home and fry it up in a pan. Some times we would get Chinese folks buying them off us. It was great getting a bit of coin for candy and comic books before heading home to fry up our catch!
Pork blade steaks and mushroom/potato/onion skewers on the grill. BTW, no blade steaks were harmed in the making of this food. I like to finish up with a quick sizzle back on direct heat, I don't cook them direct the whole time.
Got home from work to find my wife supper Center cut boneless pork ch.....wait?! Where'd they go? Gone before a pic could even be taken! Had a bacon ranch pasta side, too.
