Thats not good Bert, hopefully they dont go past full and overflow. Our river is full and into the trees now but we have a cooler week coming up so the snow melt will be less and if the rain doesn't add up to much we should be ok. Some of the interior lakes of BC are over spilling their banks and flooding homes. The Trans Canada highway was closed near Golden BC due to over the highway stream flow and gravel. Mudslides, wash outs, full rivers... must be spring. Only thing burning tonight will be some apple in my bbq for the salmon Im having for dinner tonight. 61f and sunny, a bit cool but still shorts weather and I dont have to sweat!

Turned the air on late afternoon yesterday. We have 2 but only one running and it is comfortable in the house. Still breezy outdoors and hot, 91 degrees, but could be worse. Looks like chance of rain all the rest of the week but a bit cooler which will be nice.

Just did the math on this and thats 32.2222c in the world of Canada, thats getting up there! Weve had some days that almost got that warm this year. In fact we reached 29c/ 84f today. I didnt get to experience it much because I was in an office today but I did get a chance to sit in a lawn chair drinking a beer at the end of the day! Nice thing about living in the mountains is that its now 12c/53f and all I have to do is open a window to cool down or go outside and shiver.

Getting to the point where its balmy enough inside that you gotta escape a little outside.

Just about had a fire the other day, but the temps never did drop quite enough. Even the old oil furnace is feeling neglected!

85 with a real feel of 97. I told my wife I'm done with summer. She politely told me to shut up.

But it really warmed up after you posted. Last I looked it was 86. 80 was forecast. Still, it was not bad.

We had low 90's for the 3rd day today.....I'm ok with that, pool water is 82º with nothing but the solar cover......bad part is I have had eye surgery on both eyes now and no pool water allowed until July 2nd, but that's ok too. I don't mind the heat, in fact I like all the seasons.

Yeah, it shot right up there in the afternoon, I had already turned off the AC and open the doors and windows, I prefer fresh outside air

Not good to have to have had eye surgery. Hope all is well. Sometimes it is not too bad sitting around watching others goof off in the pool. It does help if there is a foxy chick in there too...
