    its great,sliced about 1/4" thick then pan fried quick,served on toasted farm bread or buns with lettuce tomato provalone and some times BACON......i'll get more pics...this one is cheese free 20161120_195443.jpg

    I toss it with a little Italian dressing and char it up. You can't over or under cook it. Good stuff

    Venison on the charcoal grill. A salt/pepper/garlic with a splash of montreal steak spice flavor. And a light brush of bbq sauce. Mesquite for a hint of smoke.
