Surprised there wasn't more damage. Had a car hit my Explorer last year (in about the same spot as your damage) - $500 damage to mine, her's was totaled. She was not going more than about 5 MPH as she had stopped, turned her wheel and drove the 10' to run into me.

Hope everyone is okay and the damage easily fixed!

Sad part is I'm sure the repairs will be more than the camry''s worth. Car still gets 35+ mpg.

I would think the insurance company would asses the damage and if it's more than the cars blue book value, they would pay you the value figure. You can probably keep the car but it may have a totaled car title but what do you care? It would be hard to sell that way, but who cares.

I'd have that rear wheel, tire, bearings and brakes checked out, there may be some problems there.

Camry-more than likely the struts for the rear are bent as well as the mounting surfaces for same, above the axle, are tweaked + as mentioned before -

If the insurance company declares the car totalled, they will pay you the value of the car. You will probably feel cheated at this point by what they pay you, but our cars are rarely worth what we think they are. At that point, they own the car, and you can buy it back from them, probably for a few hundred. It goes on a salvage title, and you fix whatever you want to fix to keep running it, and pocket the rest.

For a car like yours, you might come out alright. The Camry is tough, and hold value pretty well. So, if you are willing to run it until it dies, you will gain a few coins in the process.
