its great,sliced about 1/4" thick then pan fried quick,served on toasted farm bread or buns with lettuce tomato provalone and some times BACON......i'll get more pics...this one is cheese free

Venison on the charcoal grill. A salt/pepper/garlic with a splash of montreal steak spice flavor. And a light brush of bbq sauce. Mesquite for a hint of smoke.
