    Yeah...super invasive, grows fast af, stinky, low-BTUs, and sucks for lumber.

    Update for anyone following the thread. Took a piece to a certified arborist and he confirmed that it is Kentucky Yellow Wood. Pretty rare tree this far north, but they do have them growing in Toronto. Heavy, dense hardwood with a tight grain. Used for furniture and gunstocks. Should be great BTU's in a few years.

    I stand corrected...the bark looks like ToH, but the wood does not. Interesting find, and great news that you don't have a pile of that other crap to deal with!
