I don't know about you guys area but here in KS it seems it will never stop raining, I'm hoping this weekend I can go and cut some more wood. How is the Weather where you guys at?

After getting around 4 inches of rain this past week, it was dry today so I got the lawn mowed. More rain tonight and tomorrow.
Last Friday we had about 12 inches of snow. A freak storm. I has been raining here a little on and off but nothing like you guys in KS, and down in Missouri, and around St Louis with all the flooding there. I just took a trip down to Florida and back and the amount of trees that line the interstate is amazing. I am not used to seeing so many trees.
It has dried out enough here that my tree guy was able to get to my back fence through a village park without leaving ruts in the grass. Rained 2 days ago and there is rain in the forecast tonight but it does dry out enough to work.
Our forecast for this Thursday has us getting another inch of rain (AccuWeather) and the Weather Channel has us getting 0.75 inches.
Yes, way above average rainfall here but it has been slowing down a bit. Trying to rain right now. More in forecast for next several days.
Your comment about the trees reminds me of when my daughter-in-law paid her first visit to Michigan. She said before the trip she thought we were about the same as out around Omaha, NE. She quickly changed her mind once she got into MI. Here, we love trees!
Managed to get the lawn cut last evening (not a great time to cut grass here since moisture comes out). Can you say clumping? Pretty much had to double cut everything to take care of those nasty clumps, but its done. But yeah, more rain coming here too.
Same here in WV-It only stops raining long enough to cut the grass, then back to our regularly scheduled programming-wettest spring I can remember in a long time...we've had temps in the 90's already so I'm thankful at least those have moderated to more seasonal temps (55 night, mid 70's daytime)-temps right but conditions wrong for cutting...

I just read an article from a Buffalo NY newspaper, by 11:30 today they had received 1.41 inches of rain. Weather - The Buffalo News
