A huge Ash fell across the road and on the phone lines. I showed up after and got a couple of truck loads. Just when I thought I was done scrounging for the year...Ash is just too tempting.

Haha I call it quits when the ticks and snakes start showing up. I'll be out in full force in the winter...this is car season for me. Now if another easily accessible tree happens to fall over, I can't guarantee I won't drop everything to go get it. :D

Yep, I see an opening on the left there, but that one broken branch might open up the cab roof like a sardine can. :hair::pain:

On a serious note.... When my family asks if were done harvesting for the season I just shrug and smile. You never know what kind of good btus might come your way. Once the snows hit you are done!!

I remember one time I thought I was done for the season too. Then my dad gave me a swift kick and I knew it was not done...ever.
