Pork loin chops marinated in Dale's Seasoning and Chiavettas Italian Dressing. Took 'em to 140°. Awesome. Took the meat thermometer out of the chop without putting on a BBQ glove. Got tree boint fingas.
It was very, very good, as always. My wife is an awesome cook. We simply don't go out to eat much, because she's such a great cook. It's hard to pay someone else for a meal you know you would've made better yourself, and for less money.
Yesterday we went out and bucked up a load of lodgepole pine and then brought it home and split it and then enjoyed a smoked a chicken for dinner. Sure was good! It was our hottest day so far at 28c/82f.
