Persuading some iron with heat and hammer tonight. A small functional item.

 

"Smokey and the Bandit" on AMC tonight. Must watch for the bell-bottoms alone. Too cool.

 

It works for me, I do those stretches first and last thing of the day everyday, ya got to keep after it, even when the back feel good.

 

Caffeine going in. A few beers and good food at a friend's camp last night. The view this morning is very nice.

There's nothing better than a quiet morning watching the day start, and all the reflections on a glassy lake while drinking your coffee.

Unfortunately, once the leaves fill in I will lose those picturesque views that I've been enjoying of the pond across the street.

 

Beautiful morning Gasifier It is not raining this morning but it is overcast. I have a busy day planned with lots to do. It has been a busy week as well. I am going to enjoy 4 days off.

 

During my thinking drinking I decided it would be a lot less mess in the house if I removed all the blow in cellulose insulation in the ceiling before I dropped it...so I experienced the pleasure of doing that this afternoon. For some reason they took a perfectly good 9' ceiling and dropped it down to 7'9". I have no idea why...there's no structural reason do that.

Wall and ceiling come down...new windows go in next weekend.

 

going to organize the mud pit I call a driveway.. not quite dry enough to fix it but with rain coming I got to fill the 2 foot deep ruts or it will be impassable

 

Back home....and feeding my face.



Beer, beer bratwurst cheese soup, black bread and a couple green beans to keep it all healthy.

Agree, 100% The way to keep moving, is to keep moving. Less pain and more gain. If I miss going to the gym, I start to ache all over. Takes a couple days of exercise to get back to feeling good.

 

I'm researching in ground E fences for my dogs.

I think I'm going to buy the "perimeter" brand with the HD 14 gauge wire kit.

I'll be installing it myself. I'll rent a trencher. There's a good chance I'll be installing the same kit at our friends house as well.

 

Gonna get it with a cable installer on it?
I've heard that sidewalk edgers can work pretty well for installing E fence wires too

 

I'll make sure it has a spool holder on it. If not, I'll rig one up, and or have my wife walk behind me and push the cable down with a "pusher stick".

I'll have to see what the edger runs for rental rates.

 

I need to investigate the E Fence for my A-hole puppy that will look at me and just bolt when I call him if hes off the leash.
