    So here is some idenfication here but strangely enough the black ash here looks a lot like black locust leaves too!

    The leaf and second picture look a lot like shagbark before it gets shaggy. But with the third picture all I can say is you got me on this one.

    Mature and immature situation here possibly. Funny how some trees are just tall as all get out like cherry but not mature yet mature ones are only half that.

    Are you sure that is a leaf from this tree? I think the tree looks like a White Poplar, which is not native but commonly planted in yards. The leaf doesn't look like poplar, which should have a leaf with toothed edges.

    To me the leaf looks like Tupelo, middle pic looks like a Poplar and 3rd pic looks like an Ash.
