    Looks like the same make as my pulp hook. Love it.
    I've wrapped the set screw area with electric tape to keep the screw from backing out, again.

    If you want the set screw to stay put, a drop of blue loctite should do it. Not quite a McGiver answer but I like to do things right.

    A couple wraps of electrical tape has held it and I don't have any blue loctite
