    Looking good. Have you tried it on a freshly split piece of this wood?

    X2 on that XXL ! The most accurate reading would be on a fresh split at roughly 70*F. It's most likely going to raise that moisture reading a bit. I hope not too much!!

    Glad it only jumped up a couple % HaarlemHoarder ! I was hoping you'd post back the results. Looks like you'll be ready to go this coming winter. Good for you!

    Looking good! Depending on your area I would imagine you will see that drop another few percent by fall/winter depending on the type of wood.
