    I worked at a humane society/animal shelter, 7-11 every morning was surgery, I prep'd the animals, meaning my fingers were in rubbing alcohol and betadine and constant washing for 4 hours per day. Yep. And hang nails were the worst.

    Hey, I caught one that was headed your way - lid from my Styrofoam coffee cup loosened itself. Took a drink driving down the road and got a lap full. The good news is that it was room temperature and it all stayed on my clothes so it didn't soak into the seat.

    Seriously, that is some bad mojo you went thru yesterday - hope all goes smoothly today!

    good morning everyone. Woke up to it trying to snow but then it cleared up. campinspecter and the supervisors are headed out for a load of wood. I baked buns this morning and now have a plum shortbread bar in the oven. Then off to work for the last day of the week. Got my file cabinet moving project done yesterday. I don't think the maintenance guy who did most of the work will talk to me again. Turned out not to be a simple project. For earthquake prevention and tipping hazard prevention, everything was bolted together in the unexpected places.
