Recycled pictures from last summer Norse 350. Got it last summer. Pics show how it arrived . Moved maybe 5 cords. Got big plans for this summer, may need a bigger tractor :dex: IMG_4034.JPG IMG_3752.JPG IMG_3755.JPG IMG_3758.JPG

Honestly if that rig helps you in any way, you'll thank yourself for having that tractor from now then later. Pulling trees with a truck can be a tricky and super risky one too. Nice claw on that for sure.

Just a word of caution, Make sure your load is directly in line with the pull of the winch or use a snatch block. I had some beech logs down over a bank a few years ago the first one skidded up easy. then I thought I could get the other two with one hitch hooked the slider to the closest one about thirty feet away at about a 20* angle and the other one 10 feet below a straight pull. Stepped back and pulled the rope everything started to move then the first tree hung up the tractor shifted about a foot so I let go of the rope it was to late the tractor tipped over. It was like slow motion. Had to call a friend with a excavator to upright it. Let it set for about two hours checked the oil and fired it up. No damage to anything except my pride. Oh Yea pictures or it didn't happen No pic's but unfortunately it did happen. Lesson learned
Be careful out there. Love my winch!

Yup, I'd skip taking the pic's of that "kodak moment" myself . Like a lot of things, when things go wrong with a tractor, they go wrong - real quick!

The only thing that got damaged was a backup light that didn't work .

The lesson there was don't raise the loader too high when moving logs sideways on a slope and that you should have your back tires loaded .
It's steeper than the photo makes it look .
