For those of you that have the funds to invest on the stock market I thought I would pass along this tip. If you have any money invested in Budweiser or what ever it's parent conglomeration is any more, you may want to sell shares this week as their sales are going to drop off dramatically come Monday. I am going back to work come Monday to start another season of pure D frustration and will be cutting back on my intake of the big red and white so that I do not choke out every living soul I come into contact with once I get back to dealing with the general population and workers and equipment and.... God the list is endless anymore.
It is a long story but this is the time of year I NEED to get back at it. I used to work on and off all winter long doing things that needed to be done at the nursery getting things ready to go for the next year. I would do so happily with no pay or banking my time for the slow times when landscapeing and planting slowed down some. Due to having been poohed apon over the last couple of years I no longer do the free labor stuff even though it is a 90 year old biz and I am part of the family that owns it. It is a long story and I wont bother any of you with it but it is what it is. As I get closer to my 60's and doing nothing but hard physical labor during the season I enjoy my 2 month lay off in the winter to rest and contemplate every little thing that pizz's me off the rest of the year. Plus, I like to catch up on Gun Smoke on channel 7.3 round about noon.
