Everyone must be sleeping out there.:sleeping: Frosty this morning but forecast is for rain. Crocuses are blooming and roses are putting out leaf buds but this weather has everything else in limbo until it decides to either warm up or get colder.

:hair: My eyes blur going from text to computer and vice verse, drives me crazy. I am getting new glasses next month, but even in the past going from close to far or small to big takes a minute of so. Thank god for pause on TV

I put the 13 year olds to work after dinner this evening for a bit. We brought about 3/4 of a face cord of hardwood into the basement from the front porch. Add that to the about 1/4 we had in already and this should be enough Wood for at least a week. Some colder temps coming back for a few days anyway. Good to get this done now with them for help as I'll be too busy working and doing other chores around the house.

I try to rotate the wood into the boiler room to let it dry a little more before it goes in. (Not that it really needs it.) This is the next stuff up. It's been near the boiler about three days. And before that in the dry basement about 4 more days.

Then these will go in. These have been in the basement about 5 days roughly and in boiler room 2 days.

This is what we just brought in tonight.

Stopped by the beer store after work, new girl at the checkout. Exchanged pleasantries with the owner and plopped my barley pop on the counter.
    "May I see your I.D. ?"
Me- I luv you. She giggled.

Get home, stop at the PO for mail. Ahhh yeah !! My first membership request from AARP.
    Priceless.

I've been getting mail from AARP for at least 10 years now (they started a bit on the early side by at least 5 years - did not endear themselves to me that way). They even followed me when I moved. They haven't caught on to the fact that I changed my name over 2 years ago though.
