What's up today (bullchiting) thread.

We have a genetic mutant eating at our bird feeders. The bird in the middle is a Dark Eyed Junco, just like the other two. However it has a genetic mutation called Lecuism making it a Leucistic Dark Eyed Junco. I had to join a bird watching forum to figure it out. Posted this picture and had the answer in 4 minutes. (Note how I snuck in a gratuitous picture of my woodpiles in the back. You know where my heart is. )

Just got done digging out the wood pile so we now have ready access. Will be taking from out there unless can't get out there due to storm. Have about two-three days worth left in basement.

 

Just plowed a path to the wood pile. Another 4-8 tonight... Next year I will have a years supply in the basement by October.

 

Lost my car keys after setting them on table. Searched house for two hours, I give up.

 

Syracuse is getting a run for it's money. N.C. State has it tied up, but have been ahead many times. About 3 min. to go.

 

Do you put it up on palett jacks?

that looks to be a medical instrument chest. Could have been in a dentist office etc. Paint it up to get rid of the medical supply look!

I have to bring wood this afternoon when I get done working! Supply is getting down there. Luckily it is staying light until 5:30 now. Yeah! That is a good sign that winter's days are numbered!

My wife and I are headed out early on the snowmobiles this morning. A firehouse not too far away is having a pancake breakfast this morning. Gonna get a good breakfast then go on a nice ride. We finally have a ton of snow and the trails are fantastic.

 

Good eye, that's what it is... Even bought it from a dentist.

I was planning to paint it to match my other tool chests but the original paint is in such good shape I don't know if I should. It might end up in our rec room for arts and crafts supplies.

 

Sounds like a perfect start to a great day on the trails…

We got off the lot yesterday and headed up to Cornish for good load up on sea food. That was followed by a nap because that was all this critter could do after hauling his fat belly back home in a wheel barrow. Maybe the boss will want to go to town today and go junk store browsing.

Glad you got that thing Mike. Figures a guy who makes the money a dentist does turned out to be the one who was cheap and trying to get more for it. LOL
