Hello cord hoarders, it has been nearly a month. New job has kept me working long hours. Got back out finally and started splitting the rounds I cut in January. 60 degrees in February, good day to split no matter how muddy. Hope everyone is doing well IMG_4355.JPG IMG_4356.JPG IMG_4357.JPG IMG_4358.JPG

Looks great Woodsnwoods , Mother Nature gave us a nice freeze over last night so the trails are nice and firm until we hit the 50's again this week.

I also finally got a chance to do some cutting today (didn't want to start a new thread). We had a barn built last year and had a huge pile of logs from the site prep, mostly red and white oak, some hickory and a red cedar here and there. Spent 7 hours today on the saw and finally got all the logs cut up and stacked. I'll get to spliting them later. I was spent and don't have a good place for the splits right now anyway. Just glad to get that pile of logs cut up and off the ground!
