Linda did our Fed. and state taxes today. She first does them on paper and then we file using the Tax act E-file thing. I aint much help cuz my meat and tatties brain just gets all cornfused with the way some of them questions are worded. Well, anyways, ours are pretty simple since we cant itemize on Federal but we can on state. Federal we are breaking even which is good but on the state we are getting back over $1000. That may seem to some as a strange bitch to be getting that much back but to me I see it as money I didnt have over the past year to sock away and draw interest on. It is just weird that one year we will have to pay in so the next year we will have extra with held from our paychecks to cover it and then that year we get a bunch back. Why do it have to be so difficult? I would figure it out myself but I lost the DeCoder ring I sent for from Bazooka bubble gum over 50 years ago.
A lot of people don't understand what a tax refund is. I've had people tell me I'm doing something wrong because I'm usually close to even.

I was just askin cuz I used ta run around wif some of the Snatch fambly from round these parts. Never did catch their reglar birth names but they all had nick names coarding to they's occupation. Oldest son ran a bar so we called him Liquor. Then there was the one boy who went into the tire changin biz. We always called him Rubber. The youngest gal was a septic tank pumper outter so we always called her Smelly. Then there was the one way werd youngun that went to prison and needed protection from the general population so he hooked up with the ABH and we always called him Bloody. But anyways. Least you aint got a last name like Schitt huh?
