I barely read the mags I subscribe to. Field n stream almost never gets more than a story or two read. I read most mother earth news. But my aunt gives them when she finishes them. At cause Ihet them at the arm and there's no cable, internet or cell most of it is read that weekend
And they only come every 2 months.

I wonder if the Ryobi Pro 20" chainsaw took first.

LOL. They liked the Echo, Husky and Stihl. It was pretty generic of an article. No Ryobi...sorry.

I saw that article too. I will get more info from magazine and the equipment they tested. It was pretty light in detail. They like the Husky and Stihl and Echo for different reasons.

Bummer, that auto sharpening gizmo that was all the rage wasn't even mentioned? Personally I get saw reviews from the guys that use the things up in a few years. Tree services & such. I just don't buy their used saws. LOL A C

The saws were all 45cc units. Ardisam Earthquake, Echo CS-450, Husky 445 and Stihl MS 251C-BE.

The article was pretty light on info about the saws and no info on how they tested them. The Husky and Stihl received 5 stars, Echo 4 stars and Earthquake 3 stars.

Did they even take them out of the box? Stihls new 251 is quite the technological leap from the 250.
