What an amazingly warm February day it was yesterday here too, blacksmith and I did two ash tree removals yesterday and we were in sweatshirts, I broke a sweat!!!

This post reminds me that I have a shop that is TRASHED, I need to get on cleaning it up, too!

Enjoy the time with your grandson, the wife bought a house, one we were supposed to flip, she decided it was cute and we are going to live in it. The upside is a 40x60 shop outback she was "looking" out for me, she knows I liked my shop space and she wants me to have it back.
All in at 45,000 on 1/2 acre, needs about 10 in renovation, it was a home run flip, would of sold for 150,000, now it will be our stateside house. I guess it is all for the better, less money tied up.

How much time do you spend abroad? We're looking at 9 person charters in the bvi.

looking at 3-4 there 3-4 here repeat. Some will depend on projects here, wife is liking some security, so I agreed to flip a house yearly. Intentions are full time there but you know how them "woman" folk are.

Colder Sunday so a fire was needed in the shop, not sure why I'm tearing down this engine as I might not rebuild it. 20170212_145653.jpg

Its always fun to tear stuff down and if you decide to do nothing with it, it will be in smaller pieces.
