IMG_20170207_152855186.jpg IMG_20170207_153005583.jpg I'm going to brag on Andrew for dealing with my crazy ideas and building this saw for me. The crankshaft had spun in the main bearing and was pretty well useless. I took it to a machine shop and they knurled it for me. Andrew used bearing locktite and put it together for me. 4 tanks thru it and all is good so far. As a bonus he dropped off the decal and now it runs even better. Don't be jealous that I have a one-off!

:thumbs:That was a fun build Ross. We'll see how it holds up over time. Might have to try it again this year.

That's pretty awesome and hopefully it holds up well! Gotta ask though did you set that thing to close to a fire? It looks like the front of it is melted or is that just an optical illusion in the photo?

Lol. It's oil residue. I'm not sure why it's that dark.
