    Treadmill here is under the bedroom so I have to put my time in during the evening hours. Too much noise this early.....

    That's what I've been doing after work.... but with all I ate yesterday.... I figured what the heck ... 2 workouts today couldn't hurt.... I don't get crazy... just trying to slowly work them off... my treadmill mill is front of the tv in the living room...:D...

    One thing I've noticed in the last two weeks is I've slept a bit better and had a bit more energy than I did have... but that could be also be cause of more daylight too...

    I just couldn't wait for Wednesday so I stepped on the scale this morning, it only read 212. The hot tomato salad kicked in after the big game.

    I'm thinking by Friday the scale will say 207.
