I'm thinking it was a coolant leak.

Since we might get some high wind gust on Wednesday I decided that today I would grab another eight bags of pellets, five gallons of diesel and fill the truck up with gas in Potsdam, this should give us enough pellets until next weekend.

yooperdave , I'm going the wrong way with the weight.........last night I had a handful of peanuts so I weighed in at 213 this morning.

We'll be putting two loads of wood in this afternoon along with the pellets.

    1. Pellets in
    2. Two loads of wood in
    3. Greased tractor (every 10hrs.) checked the fluids in the tractor, all good but I did put in five gallons of diesel
    4. Spent over 90 minutes on the tractor moving some snow banks
    5. Came inside to some nice coals from the morning fire, new fire made
    6. After a couple of glasses of water it's workout time

I'm just scratching my head.... it started two weeks ago... all of a sudden my bath tub has no water pressure or volume... took some of apart... gain a few percent back... now I have hardly any... pulled both facets valve bodies. Both looked cleaned to the inside... thinking I might have corroded galvanized lines... all other pressures in house is good...I really don't want to get into a decent repair job tomorrow....... but a shower would be nice....:D

    I just may catch you!

    215 this morning-:p

But, today I had a large plate of Chinese and another plate of deep fried shrimp (shared with 99lbs though).
Then, I just topped it off with a fried spam sammy!

I think you'll be ok with 1st place.......

After spending most of the week jumping through hoops to procure data for a multi-million dollar refinance it felt good to cut some wood.
just a few small dead pines but ready for the splitter, another downed oak needs cleaned up before S/S
sometimes wonder when simpler is gooder - feel like I traded my life and hardworking soul for a bigger paycheck & bonus with no time off to do the things I really enjoyed(not that I hate my job)

woke up to a inch of snow this morning. by 2:30 PM it was gone. temps dropping tonight but probably only a skiff of snow to come.

Forgot to mention yesterday that Rascal is doing fine after having 5 teeth out on Thursday. The meds are helping with his pain and his dog food is soft, wonderful stuff that goes down easy. Apparently he was a very good patient. After my foot surgery, I have great sympathy for what he is going through in recovery.

Good for Rascal and even better that the snow decided not to hang around!

yooperdave , when I stepped on the scale this morning before the workout it read 211 so after seeing that I increased my workout time to 25 minutes at a faster pace. I'll stick with the new time and faster pace for both daily workouts until next Friday and then see how much the scale says. Even after the meal tonight, my goal for Friday is 208 so anything under that is a plus anything over that is failure.

Almost time to move some snow from a different area today with the tractor. I guess that I better include cleaning the grill some for the steaks tonight with a very hot tomato salad.

We have pressure... and didn't have to do any major plumbing work... buddy of mine came over this morning... we ended up blowing air through the manifold valve assembly... broke something loose... as I ended up with rocks in my bath tub and pressure...:thumbs::thumbs:....

Woke up to unexpected snow and temps dropping. Seeing as I got called on no pics in another post, I better add them here. I think we got all of 2 inches.

It gets all the kids' hopes up and then thoroughly disappoints when they get their sleds out. At least there shouldn't be too much in the way of traffic problems.
