    I broke down tonight and had a couple small pieces of Pork, mixed vegs, and au gratins.
    No longer hungry.
    Back to oatmeal and salad tomorrow.

    This week I hit the weights (dumbbells only) and also the treadmill. Also, cut way back on lunch during the work day and only had one Mt. Dew this week. So far.

    After that big salad for supper yesterday I weighed in at 212 after the workout this morning, it looks like Friday,Saturday and part of Sunday will be all Cheerios.

    I still think the scale is malfunctioning. Possibly on purpose.
    Considering what I ate yesterday, there's no way I gained 2.2 lbs.

    Clear and cold here while farther down the island snow happened. I don't know if we will see it here. It depends on how strong @bogeydave's arctic high is over us.

    Last day of the work week. it has been a hectic one. Stuffing report cards today and tidying up lots of unfinished projects from the week.

    They asked me before surgery Monday what I weighed. I told them 196 and the lady said everyone weighs more than they think. She was right as it was 196.3. So yesterday in a different hospital for the MRI I was weighed again and still at 196.3. That is amazing because they've been trying to starve me this week. Nothing to eat or drink after midnight...

    Feeling much better thank you. Even typing again and probably will start handling the wood duty again today. Can almost straighten the finger now and can straighten the thumb. Very, very little discomfort.
