Lost a cousin this weekend after a multi year battle with cancer. Yes we will miss her, but she is with the Lord now.
No more pain or sickness or suffering or tears.
Imagine the sights and amazing things she is seeing tonight!
    Victory!

Terrible thing we deal with in this fallen world, praying for you and the family in this loss of a loved one.
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.

Wow. My most humble apology for not getting on this forum lately. Apologies especially to those who lost loved ones. Locust Post email should have woke me up that I had not been on here but it didn't. So sorry but my Lord didn't forget!

As for me, healing from hand surgery now and an MRI scheduled for Thursday.

Just venting, my hip pain isn't blinding anymore but something is definitely pinched or something? No going up/down stairs without a rail. :(

Good luck Unicorn1. We'll keep praying.

btw, if you need hip surgery, I would not recommend putting it off. I did once and regretted it. The surgery and recovery are not bad so long as you do lots of walking afterwards.

Always something. My 72 yr. old brother fell and has shattered his hip. He is in surgery as I type this. Will have a total hip replacement. He has had 3 recent bouts with pneumonia, so hope this won't complicate his recovery. He is in Florida. Fell in his home.

Got a call, Brother out of surgery. Hip broken in 4 places, but they pinned it instead of replacement. Maybe recovery will be easier.

Asking for prayers for my 91 y/o Grandma (in law, but she took me in as one of her own back in 1990), went to hospital for back pain, metastisized spinal cancer, found out today lung cancer has spread throughout (nope, she never smoked). Tough situation, she does not qualify for a home yet and my MIL is not able to lift/move her about her house. Praying the right things will happen for her and she will be comfortable.

That can be very serious or perhaps very easy to overcome. The hip replacements are not bad at all but the shattered hip, not so good. Same for pneumonia. Prayers sent.

Not good WW, but the prayers will definitely help. She is on our list for sure.

She answered another phone call from me tonight, not in good spirits. Nothing I can do, except the food. I liked ordering from the cafeteria in my hospital stays but she said they bring her whatever they have left. After we hung up I called the nurse who said they would bring her a menu to choose from now on.

Thank you for all your prayers FHC.
